Placing a custom order is easy! Simply select the product you wish to customize, click on the "Customize" button, and follow the instructions to personalize your item. You can upload your own images, and designs to make your item unique.
Yes, absolutely! After you have finished customizing your product, you will be able to preview exactly how your design will look before placing your order. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with the final result.
Shipping and Delivery
The production time for customized orders varies depending on the product and the complexity of your design. Typically all customized and non customized orders are processed and shipped within 4 - 7 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
COD is not available for any product at present time.
There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.
Affiniprint.com provides FREE shipping on orders above Rs.499. A shipping charge of Rs.60 is payable only on orders below Rs.499.
Most of the times you will receive a message or a call from courier services, before courier team is coming to deliver the item. You can also let them know about your nearby location, so, that the order can be delivered without any hiccups.
Yes we ship all over India. But we regret to inform you that there is not international shipping available.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Since each custom product is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error in customization. Please review your design carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
- Customers can return their order within 5 days after an order has been delivered.
- All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You can only apply for a Replacement If your Product Was Wrong or Damaged.

Once your order has been placed, it immediately goes into production. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify custom orders. Please double-check your design and order details before completing your purchase.
Payment and Security
All the online payments made are 100% secured. All our payments are handled by CashFree payments, and our pages are encrypted and required data to process the online transaction is sent to CashFree payments securely. we assure 100% purchase protection.
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days.
