Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it will take 1-2 business days for us to prepare it for shipping.
- • Production Time: Custom products typically take 1-2 business days to produce before they are shipped.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost will be applied on products below Rs 499 only.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over India.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
- If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as:
- • Lost Packages: Contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- • Damaged Packages: Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been processed.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part or a defect in the product. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product.
